“On Suffrage” delivered June 1915, Winslow, Rose ( – 1977)

“Miss Rose Winslow Talks on Suffrage at Local Meetings,” Times-Leader, Wilkes-Barre, P.A., June 16, 1915.

The copy-text was published in Times-Leader in 1915 and it is the only known account of Winslow’s complete speech. The speech was published the day after Winslow gave the speech in a nearby town.
